Welcome to the Fairways newsletter! Here you can read interesting bits of information and stay up to date on all the goings on in our community. To see all community events for the month, please click on the calendar of events in the Residents tab.

Please remember that we no longer offer a drop box. Please stop by the office to drop off rent payments. Or, did you know that you can now pay your rent with an ECheck right from this website? just return to the home page and click pay rent. It's that easy. if you would like to use a credit or debit card, just go to Rentpayment.com. If you have any questions or need help, please feel free to contact us at the office and we will be glad to assist you.

We LOVE your pets.  We don't love what they leave behind. There are doggie stations placed throughout the property for your convenience.  Thank you for helping to keep The Fairways beautiful.

Please remember to go inside the trash enclosure when disposing of your trash. When trash is tossed over the wall, it rarely makes it into the dumpster causing a mess. Also, please do not place garbage outside your front door. We ask that you walk it to the trash enclosure. Thank you.

Did you know you can check out DVDs here in the office?  We try to have a good selection of the newest movies for your entertainment.  Stop by to see if there is one you would like. If you have any suggestions of titles you would like to rent but do not see in the office, let us know and we will try to add that title to our collection.
